The Beauty Of The LiveFyre Commenting System…
…is that you can ban users and commenters who start coming to your site specifically to cause trouble. I love LiveFyre!
This feature should be used rarely, but I have to say that it is useful for blog trolls and others whose sole purpose for commenting is to disrupt your work space.
So…use the “ban” feature!
LiveFyre Is Designed To Make The Life Of A Blogger Easier…Drama And Spam-Free!
It works well and will keep your blog free from distracting comment clutter.
You’d never walk into your lawyer’s office and disturb THEIR clients by complaining about what the dentist down the street did to you. So…
…why allow people to come onto your blog with their insecurity, control issues, and distraction? Your readers don’t have time for that, and you most certainly don’t have time for non income-producing activities.
I don’t do drama…and when drama tries to seek me out, I avoid like a BAWCE.
You can do the same. If clear, gentle confrontation with the offender won’t help, just ban them. They’ll get the picture quickly when they can no longer comment.
There are some people n the world who just need to argue and be right. I am not one of those people. I’d much rather stay to myself and be quiet once I realize that a situation cannot be helped.
On top of all of that, a blog is not the place to air discussions that could really be had in private. If your commenter cannot understand that, just flag or ban them from commenting. After all, this is YOUR livelihood, not some hobby. Not everyone is considerate of your digital office. Enter LiveFyre!
Use LiveFyre For Your Blog Commenting Solution!
LiveFyre is different from Comment Luv…but it still allows your last blog article to show up under your comments. That’s a cool feature!
Best of all, it eliminates spam better than Akismet. Ultimately, my favorite features are the ban and the ability to tag users. You don’t need to deal with unsavory commenters, and you get to more closely interact with people who’ve previously stopped by your site.
I do get it that this is a free world, but every blue moon, you’ll get a commenter who has no interest in having a productive conversation. Rather than risk coming across the wrong way to an audience who doesn’t understand, ban the commenter. All it takes is one click, and you are done.
Even if they return and try it again, you can always do it again.
Remember…YOU are the one earning a living from your online space. Is it really worth it to allow one commenter with no concern for your financial well-being to wreck your entire work space?
If you care for your blog and for your online business, use LiveFyre.
You’ll sleep better, and your blog will remain sane. Trust me. I am a living witness. 🙂
